Dialling in Character Mode
When you type the number from the keypad of the phone and find the characters on the phone display instead of the numbers (e.g. when you press 22 on the keypad then it types bb on the phone display). This issue most probably occurs due to the old firmware of the phone so please check the version of the phone it should be 4.02 or higher. If you find the firmware is old then you will need to upgrade the firmware.
