We are offering group training to our clients on Zoom with our Director Giuseppe who can discuss with you how best you can use our telephony features in your company, and make sure that everyone is up to speed! We have seen a significant increase in our clients using the user interface and App over since the first lockdown but realise that often there is no standard practice across businesses.
If instead you have individual users that could do with some help on our User Interface, you can book an individual slot with Dan, one of our technical support engineers. He can provide an overview of the User Interface and look at individual settings by using Teamviewer to view your computer while explaining these settings and UI features over the phone.
